How long will it take to deliver the products?

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours.

Orders received before mid-day usually go out that same day. Goods are normally sent first class. Delivery of your products can occur as quickly as the following day.

We always carry a full range of products in stock but if for any reason there will be a delay due to excess demand we will let you know immediately. Because of the natural ingredients used and because we do not compromise on quality, we will not rush the manufacturing process. In the rare occurrence of a short-term stock shortage we will inform you.

What if the goods are damaged?

This comes under our terms and conditions policy. Simply return the goods within 14 days and we will re-supply at no extra charge. If the goods have been damaged in transit we will also reimburse the costs of sending the goods back to us at the standard rates.

Do you deliver overseas?

We supply our products to all parts of the world. The internet greatly facilitates international business and we are just an e-mail or phone call away! We have a distribution centre in England and one in America.

Even if goods are sent from England to America, this will take less than seven days at the most. Usually just a few days.

What are the shipping and postage costs?

We know how irritating it can be to want to buy something only to find that postage costs are too much.

We have tried to keep the postage charges to an absolute minimum and hope you find that they are very reasonable.

The very best way to see how much something will cost is to add the products to your shopping cart then enter your shipping address details. Then the shopping cart will work out the postage costs before you have to enter your credit card details. In this way you will know the full cost before buying.
